KABUL, Afghanistan, July 1, 2008 – The first class of the Afghan National Police’s “Jump Start” program graduated at the Central Training Center here June 26.
A graduate of Jump Start raises his graduation certificate as he is applauded by his classmates. Jump Start is an eight-week course that qualifies Afghan recruits as police officers.
