WASHINGTON, July 17, 2007 – Geoff Morrell, a former correspondent for ABC’s “World News Tonight” Saturday and Sunday editions, will soon take the podium as the new Pentagon press secretary.
Geoff Morrell, a former ABC News correspondent who now serves as the Pentagon press secretary, will interface regularly with news media representatives to help keep them updated on issues affecting the Defense Department and the military.
