Suicide bomber attacks MND-N Soldiers, Iraqis (Diyala)

Multi-National Division – North PAO

TIKRIT, Iraq – A Multi-National Division – North Soldier and five Iraqi civilians were killed from a suicide vest attack while conducting combat operations in the Diyala province Dec. 20.

Additionally, 10 MND-N Soldiers and one MND-N interpreter were wounded in the attack and evacuated to a Coalition Forces hospital.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending next of kin notification and release by the Department of Defense.
