Task Force Lightning Soldier attacked
Multi-National Division – North PAO

TIKRIT, Iraq – One Task Force Lightning Soldier was killed by an explosion near his vehicle while conducting combat operations in Diyala province, August 29.
 
The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
